Welcome
to the Firearms Education Institute web site
(FEInet.Org). Here you will find accurate, independently verifiable, scientific data,
statistics, charts, and research on crime, firearms, and effective crime control policy.
FEI serves as a resource for government officials, researchers, students, and members of the public safety community, news media, public safety and sporting related industries, and the public.
Our goal is to provide accurate and useful information generally not available from less competent and reliable information sources including most news organizations and educational institutions. We welcome public officials and members of the news media who want to become better informed so they can make more competent recommendations on firearms, self-defense, and crime control policy.
